Sophie Jackson, Naomi Brown, Rachael Halliday and Rachel Hannen took the title after a tight affair from start to finish of Scottish Championship Final.
The game ended 7-5 after the long week of competition and skip Sophie said: “We have been training hard for this all season, it’s very challenging trying to balance university and competing almost every weekend to prepare the Scottish championships is a tough week to try and keep that high performance level.
“Once we finished top of the round robin stage we knew that we had to make the most of the opportunity and making it to the final we just had to grab it with both hands.
“We really raised our level for the final.”
Team Jackson will represent Scotland at the World Junior Curling Championships being held in Taarnby Curling Club in Copenhagen, Denmark from March 5-13.
Sophie, who is from Dumfries, added: “Tasting the success really inspires me to do more and achieve more in the future and we can’t wait to get out to the World Championships in Denmark next month.”
