The two-year-old bitch trained by Franny Hill powered across the line to win by .75 of a length, one of very few greyhounds to notch up four in a row on the border track.
She was followed home by Cath Lister’s four-year-old bitch Wigglet.
It became a winning double for the Borders-based Hill kennel when their 22-month-old dog, Snowie Dream, won the 9.15 only middle distance race of the evening.
The three-year-old dog romped home two lengths in front of Beezer, a three-year-old dog, owned and trained by Dexter Clark of Kirkbride.
