Search for missing Lochmaben dog continues

A DESPERATE search for a much loved dog is still on-going, nearly a week after the Lochmaben pooch disappeared.

MISSING . . . Alfie is pictured on the right with his distinctive floppy ear

Alfie the Westie has been missing from Gilmour Bank Farm – between Torthorwald and Lochmaben – since last Tuesday, September 26.
And owner Craig Woods along with family and friends have been searching day and night for the West Highland Terrier ever since.
With no sightings in more than a week, Craig is worried that Alfie could be injured or stuck down a rabbit hole.

Last month, Alfie’s mum, Pinkie, ran off and was missing for a weekend while Craig was on holiday.
Friends rallied and Pinkie was found after some very close calls with traffic on the A709 Dumfries to Lockerbie road.

If anyone spots Alfie, call Craig on 07821015964.
