£5k clothes theft from shop

ALMOST £5000 of clothing has been stolen from a shop in Gretna Green.

Staff only discovered the mixture of jumpers, jackets, cashmere and silk stoles and wallets and purses were missing from the 1754 shop within the Famous Old Blacksmiths Shop Gretna Green following a stock check.
But police are now seeking two men and a woman who were seen acting suspiciously on Saturday.
Constable Andy Aitken at Gretna said: “We want to trace three people who were in the shop at around 3.40 pm to 4 pm on Saturday December 19.”
The first is described as male, white, late 20s to early 30s, of medium build, with short brown hair wearing a grey tracksuit top and bottoms.
The second male is described as white, 5’5″ tall, in his late 40s or early 50s, of slim build, wearing a dark bobble hat and a long black jacket.
The woman is white, 5’5″ tall, described as being in her late 30s, of medium build, wearing a cream puffa jacket and cream bobble hat and had a Glasgow accent.
Anyone who can help identify these people, or who may have any information which may help to identify then is asked to call police at Gretna on 101.
