The blue New Holland tractor, registered number SF64KUX, and yellow Thomson trailer were taken sometime between last Wednesday and Monday from the farm, which is about four miles north of Sanquhar.
Constable Alan Steel at Sanquhar said: “This is a very high value theft with the tractor being in the region of £80,000 and the trailer valued at around £5000. We are asking members of the public to contact us if they were on the B740 road north of Sanquhar over the past week to get in touch if they saw the tractor and trailer, or saw anything which may have seemed suspicious.”
