The home-bred three-year-old black bitch, owned and trained by Rob Hyslop of Hawick, powered across the line to win the coveted silver trophy by a length.
It was the latest in a series of successes on the border track for the 2/1 shot, which has already been runner-up in two other Halcrow Stadium finals and won all her Easter heats.
Hyslop, who has been training Gretna runners for three decades, said: “Zsa Zsa really hit the lids passing the two front runners as she left the traps.
“She’s from a fantastic litter with the other pups also proving good runners and notching up their fair share of wins.”
Runner-up in the big final was Unlock, a three-year-old dog, owned and trained by Maurice Lawman of Workington.
Earlier, border fancy Robber, a two-year-old white and brindle dog from veteran Carlisle trainer Michael Pearson, proved a popular runaway seven-lengths winner in the 7.45 sprint trip.
Finally, Scots dog Danny’s Dan, owned and trained by Davie Dunbar, lived up to expectations winning the middle distance race as 1/2 favourite.
He crossed the line 3.5 lengths in front of four-year-old Cumbrian-based bitch Macca Mini.
