Located in Murray Court, the property is currently valued at £49,950. However Mr Parker is willing to continue making it cheaper until it is sold.
With other apartments of similar specifications and size being valued at around £73,000- £80,000, he claims the apartment is already a steal.
Murray Court is a retirement centre for residents aged over 60.
