The National Youth Choir of Scotland for ages 16–25; the NYCoS Training Choir for ages 16–19; the NYCoS National Boys Choir for ages 10–16; and the NYCoS National Girls Choir for ages 12–16 are all looking for new members.
Those who are accepted are amongst the most promising young singers in Scotland and receive expert vocal tuition and develop invaluable musicianship skills.
High-profile performances by the Choirs have included BBC Proms in the Park, Edinburgh International Festival, Aberdeen International Youth Festival and Lammermuir Festival, as well as BBC TV and radio broadcasts.
Membership for each NYCoS choir is granted by audition and is open to those born, resident or studying in Scotland, or of Scottish descent.
Deadline for applications is October 14.
