Blogmas Day 23 - Christmas films

TODAY is a day for having the fire roaring, warm mince pies and Christmas films on the telly.

Everyone has a film that is guaranteed to get them in the Christmas spirit.
Some like a weepy while others like a laugh-out-loud comedy.
Over the course of the last month I have watched a number of Christmas films, some for the 50th time and others for the first time.
We introduced our son to the Home Alone franchise, but he prefers The Grinch (which I hate!), I sang along with Bing Crosby’s character in White Christmas as I watched the 1954 classic for the first time.
A quick poll round the office and it turns out we all have a different favourite:

Abbey – Elf/Arthur Christmas
Amanda – Love Actually
Fiona – National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
Joseph – A Christmas Carol (the Patrick Stewart version)
Rod – Scrooged
Tom – Home Alone

Make the most of Christmas Eve’s eve and get a good film on the box and plenty of snacks nearby!
