Sulament Ali, 32, and 26-year-old Raja Iqbal, both from Bradford, pleaded not guilty at Dumfries Sheriff Court to charges involving being in charge of a car with more than the drink limit and threatening or abusive behaviour in the town on April 25.
Ali denied the charge of being just over the drink limit in Terregles Street, Dumfries and shouting and swearing and making threats of violence.
Iqbal denied charges of possessing a prohibited weapon – a stun gun – and at Loreburn Street Police Station assaulting a police officer and spitting on him, making threats of violence, resisting and struggling with officers and being in possession of cocaine and cannabis.
Trial was set for September and Sheriff George Jamieson gave them 24 hours to get out of Scotland and stay out except for matters relating to their court case
