WHERE IS IT . . ? Moffat Museum has been reviewing its collections of pictures and needs your help to identify this building. It is an imposing structure, the image dating from some time in the 19th century and it is titled “North West View” . . . but of where? COMPLETE with its own turret, holding cell and dungeon, a former police station building in Annan town centre fetched £195,000 after going under the hammer yesterday.
