GOOEY marshmallows, oozy chocolate and crunchy biscuits - who doesn’t love a s’more?!

Skewering big mallows on a stick or fork and sandwiching with a block of chocolate and a digestive is the perfect way to take advantage of those cooling embers or barbecue coals. But the classic campfire pud doesn’t need to be limited to outdoor dining, it can easily be recreated at home. With adult supervision children can toast their marshmallows using a small candle on a fire-proof board at the table.

Make it even easier by using chocolate Digestives or other half-coated biscuits. You could also have a selection of extra toppings and fillings such as: banana slices, strawberries or raspberries, peanut butter, sprinkles, coconut and popcorn.
