Heavy and persistent rain across the region forecast from Wednesday morning is expected to lead to flooding throughout the day.
A statement from SEPA said impacts “may include some localised flooding to low lying land and road, with difficult driving conditions possible.”
It added that isolated properties may also be at risk.
