RACING driver Ross Wylie, from Thornhill, will be contesting the British GT Championship this year. The Scotsman has teamed up with Newcastle’s Matty Graham to compete for the GT4 title with Valluga Racing. The duo are sharing a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, and the season got off to a fantastic start as they clinched second place in their debut race at Silverstone in May.

Ross began his racing career in 2004, becoming a multiple kart champion before moving up to car racing in 2012 where he has gone on to have a successful career. Teammate Matty made a career shift into GT racing in 2016. In addition to the GT championship, Matty is also contesting the Porsche Carrera Cup GB and led the series after an early race victory.
