Free football fans training sessions

FREE training sessions for men and women who enjoy football and want to improve their lifestyle and overall wellbeing will start after the New Year at Annan Athletic Football Club, and those interested in taking part can sign up now.

Football Fans in Training is a 13-week programme that aims to help people get fitter, healthier and happier

The programme is available to both men and women aged 35-65, and participants should have a waist size of at least 38 inches or a belly size of 40 inches.

Sessions will be held once a week at Galabank for free of charge.

They are 90 minutes split into two halves, just like the ‘beautiful game’.

And over the 13 weeks, participants will learn and exercise together with your group – one step at a time.

Sessions will focus on various topics including healthy food and drink, getting active, and small lifestyle changes that can add up to make a difference.

It is also a fantastic opportunity to meet new people too, with laughs and shared effort at the very centre of the programme.

The programme starts on Tuesday January 9, with ladies sessions on a Tuesday night and gents on a Friday.

Sign up for free today at spfltrust.org.uk/ffit. For more information, contact: [email protected]
