Tundergarth to feature on Repair Shop show

A POPULAR TV show came to the Lockerbie area last week.

The team behind the BBC’s The Repair Shop team were interested in the major repair works going on at Tundergarth Church, as well as the work the kirk is doing in partnership with the Pan Am 103 Lockerbie Legacy Foundation to help capture and share the memories of those affected by the 1988 disaster.

Presenters Will Kirk and Kirsten Ramsay also spoke with a Legacy Story contributor from Lockerbie who’s having a special photo book made.

They are expected to return next month for the follow-up filming and transmission is expected in the autumn or next spring.
