Tourist town thronged for annual gala

TRADITIONS were upheld at Moffat Gala which was blessed with sunshine on Saturday.

Hundreds of townsfolk and visitors came out to enjoy the annual festivities and celebrate with the 2015 principals.

Looking radiant on the day was Queen of Upper Annandale Georgia Davis-Grierson and she beamed like the glorious sunshine as she was crowned by Janette Richardson.
James Rogerson and Vicki Boa were honoured to wear the traditional Tweed outfits and carried out their duties to the town with pride.
