A NEW new weekly women’s wellbeing group has started in Dumfries and it’s open to all in the community.

It’s being run by the council’s lifelong learning team and is on eery Wednesday afternoon at The Bridge from 12.30-2 pm.

And it’s described as “a safe and welcoming space for women from different cultures to come together, share experiences, and support one another.”

There will be engaging discussions, workshops, and activities focused on mental and physical wellbeing, as well as arts, crafts and fun.

Children also welcome.
