HEAD to Langholm this week for a brand new exhibition, celebrating the textile industry.
Organised by the Creation Mill CIC, the week-long exhibition celebrates everything textiles from the past, the present and the future, including art, history, technology and more.
Visitors will be able see sample boards and order books from years gone by amongst other items, methods used both old and new, and how the textile industry is being revitalised.
There will be tours, screenings and workshops to enjoy alongside the exhibition, attendees can visit the Creation Mill’s Scrap Store which is stocked full of fabrics, yarn and haberdashery which has been donated to us from the textile industry and local individuals saving it from going to landfill.
