Can you tell what they all have in common?
The photographs, which are part of the Zero Footprint exhibition opening this weekend, were actually all taken from the same spot in the Galloway countryside.
They are the work of Ted Leeming and Morag Paterson and were captured just outside their Glenkens’ base.
And they will form part of a show at the Thomas Tosh Gallery in Thornhill, linked to this year’s Environmental Art Festival Scotland.
Morag said: “The work of capturing the images didn’t involve a journey. We took the photos for Zero Footprint over five years from a fixed point measuring no more than a few square feet in total.
“So our photography explores the creative possibility of working with a zero carbon footprint. What we are working with is weather, light and atmospheric conditions in composing the images.”
She added: “Almost accidentally, the work also documents the changes in a landscape over a period of time. This just goes to remind us that our surroundings aren’t permanent.”
The exhibition will launch on Friday night and run until the end of September.
