The collision, near the north slip road into the village, involved a Volkswagon Polo, driven by a 35-year-old woman from Langholm; a Volkswagon Golf driven by a 46-year-old Dundee man and in which a woman, 54, was passenger and a Range Rover, driven by a 52-year-old man from Newcastleton.
All three vehicles were damaged in the accident about 5.45 pm and Police Scotland stated later that the occupants of the Volkswagon Golf required treatment at the scene for minor injuries.
