Popular events such as the Raft Race and Crowning of the Queen were well supported once again, as was the lavish Cornet’s Ball.
And the big day on Saturday saw thousands of supporters lining the streets for the fancy dress parade and massed pipe bands, while many others also followed the cavalcade around the boundary points in the morning.
