ANNE Marie Coulter MBE has been honoured with Rotary’s highest order of service and recognition, the Paul Harris Fellow Award.
It was presented to her by Dumfries Devorgilla Rotary Club, with the handover made by their first president Charles Milroy, pictured.
The fellow awards go to any individual deemed by a club to have made outstanding contributions.
A Devorgilla spokesperson said: “Anne Marie Coulter has certainly demonstrated such contributions for service above self.
“A strong advocate for community empowerment, Anne Marie shares values at the heart of Rotary and Devorgilla Rotary.”
