Big Burns Supper to go out in style

DUMFRIES’ steamiest show returns to the Loreburn Hall for its final bow in September.

The Big Burns Supper (BBS) team announced this week that their final event in Loreburn Hall will be a very special closing night spectacular of Le Haggis.

Doonhamer darling Tattie Von Haggis will be back to bring the best of burlesque to Dumfries as she and her cast-mates bid a fond farewell to the Loreburn Hall on Saturday, September 9 from 8pm.

A spokesperson for BBS said this week: “This will be our final event of a programme of shows that has included over 300 different events which ran over the last 18 months.

“As a special farewell, we are pulling out the stops for a sensational night of entertainment through an immersive theatrical experience that is Le Haggis – The closing night party

“As this is a one night only event, there will be limited tickets and all our tickets are on an early bird rate until 31st July which includes £5 off per ticket.

“This is our main fundraising event for the year, so please give us a helping hand. That means asking your otherwise stingy pals to get their finger oot!

“Finally, we have set the theme as Sexy Burlesque Cabaret. For those that like to open the dressy up box.”
