WOMEN in the region who run their own business are being urged to sign up as ambassadors.

Women’s Enterprise Scotland is looking for new members to join their team.
Their ambassadors help inspire and encourage other women to do the same and are passionate about helping other women in business.
Duties include representing the women’s business community at four events per year either locally or nationally.
Training is given on topics including the current position of women’s enterprise in Scotland and globally; critical challenges for women-led business; business support valued by women-led business; presentation skills; engaging with the media; and giving evidence to parliamentary committees.
