IT WAS this week announced that Catherine McCormack, pictured, will play Jane Swire in the forthcoming Sky drama about Lockerbie, alongside Colin Firth as Dr Jim Swire.
The pair have been cast as the grieving parents of Flora, who lost her life in the 1988 disaster.
The five-part series, which is based on book The Lockerbie Bombing: A Father’s Search for Justice, will explore their journey ever since.
Other names joining the cast are Mark Bonnar, Sam Troughton, Andy Nyman, Ardalan Esmaili and Selwa Jghalef.
Filming is now taking place in the Glasgow area and the show will eventually be screened on Sky, NOW and Peacock
