Cavalcade of tractors take to hills

MORE than 50 tractors took to the country roads in hilly countryside around Upper Annandale at the weekend for the annual Moffat Vintage Tractor Run.

The cavalcade gathered at the Crook Inn taking in a route of Menzion and Stanhope at over 2000 feet.

Organiser David Paton said the event was becoming larger every year reflecting the growing interest in vintage machinery.
