The two-vehicle incident at about 8 am left the Euroroute partially blocked near the B721 junction, as emergency services attended the scene.
The incident resulted in one vehicle going into a verge and a lamppost being hit.
Drivers of both vehicles are reported to have suffered minor injuries.
