Contract set to help Dalswinton turbines

TURBINE service group Full Circle has signed a long-term maintenance contract to service wind turbines in Dalswinton.

The contract has been made with independant renewable power producer Ventient Energy, which covers the 15 Senvion turbines.

All operations and maintenance work for the 2.05 MW turbines, including blade and major component work, will now be performed by Full Circle.

CEO Billy Stevenson said: “We look forward to ensuring that the ageing turbines at Dalswinton continue to deliver excellent performance for many more years to come.”

The contract commenced in November 2023, and Full Circle is currently recruiting new full-time technicians to grow its team in Scotland and support delivery.

The turbines on site are 15 years old, and Full Circle say they will work to ensure smooth operation and extend their effective lifespan well beyond the scope of the current deal.
