A POST office in Annan is celebrating after getting the highest positive customer feedback in the UK.
Newington Post Office achieved the most positive customer feedback for National Customer Service Week 2022 twice in a row – with 508 responses.
Post Office bosses Andy Kingham and David Atkins visited the Annan branch last week and met with area manager Christopher Tarn, before presenting him and the staff with a certificate to mark the achievement.
Omrik, Vickie and Harjinder, of Newington Post Office ,said: “We would like to say a huge, huge special thank you to our loyal and amazing customers. We can not thank you all enough for making this happen.
“Due to our customers’ loyalty, time and effort, we successfully achieved the most positive customer feedback for our customer service skills, for National Customer Service week 2022 for the second year running.
“We have to say that we truly have the most spectacular, wonderful customers ever. Without you all, we could never have received this achievement.
“Once again thank you so much everyone from the bottom of our hearts.”
