The annual Christmas Festival, organised by Moffat Promotions Group (MPG), is expanding with stalls in Proudfoot Indoor Sports Club as well as in the town hall.
The closing date for stall applications has also been extended and crafters, designers, makers and local charities are being encouraged to book a spot.
Organiser Sarah Ottewell said: “MPG is delighted with the take up for stallholders for its Christmas Festival, so has decided to extend to another venue.
“This is a great opportunity for local creative traders to be part of an excellent popular family event which each year gathers more and more visitors”
As in previous years, there will be entertainment throughout the town, on the High Street stage, and in both craft fair venues.
All stallholders are encouraged to promote a Christmas theme, and enjoy Santa’s spectacular arrival and the build up to the lights switch on at 5 pm.
The group is also happy to receive applications from food-to-go stalls on the high street. For an application pack contact [email protected] before Thursday October 1.
