The team put on a fantastic showing in the semi final against Hyndland RFC where they won 41-26 in Glasgow.
Ali Dodd was the man of the hour for the Rams with three tries. Max Douglas and Kenzie McMillen also got on the scoresheet.
It was an even and scrappy first half but in the second period Moffat outclassed their opponents.
A Rams spokesman said: “It was a tough, passionately fought match from both sides which could have gone either way.
“It definitely felt like the longest ever 80 minutes from the touchline. Congratulations team.”
The Rams now face Lochaber Rugby Club in the West 3 Regional Bowl final.
