It will take place on May 7 and 8.
The two top teams from the EIHA Under-20 leagues and the top two teams from Scottish Ice Hockey’s U20 league will meet in semi-finals on the Saturday.
The winners will meet in the final on Sunday, which will be preceded by a special East v West Scottish Under-11 game.
Ice Hockey UK general secretary Andy French said it will be the highlight of the under-20 season across the leagues in England and Scotland.
He said: “It will be a great way to showcase our under-20 junior talent. There will be excitement from start to finish.
“It is great to be working with the English Ice Hockey Association and Scottish Ice Hockey to put on such a special event.
“Dumfries Ice Bowl is a great venue to hold the first event.”
