Firm adds a new board member

MODULAR construction company Iron & Pine has welcomed Richard Nash onto their board as a non-executive director.

And it’s hoped his expertise will drive growth at the Dalbeattie firm, which employs 20 people.

It was set up in 2018 and repurposes shipping containers into innovative and sustainable modular buildings.

In 2024, Iron & Pine saw the delivery of a modular building every week across the UK.

The addition of Richard will further fuel the company’s rapid growth and secure its future success.

Co-fonder Alistair Fell welcomed him and said: “His deep financial expertise and strategic acumen will be invaluable as we continue to expand our business and deliver against a very ambitious growth plan. With Richard’s guidance, we are confident in our ability to disrupt the traditional construction industry.”

Meanwhile, Richard, who has over 25 years of post-qualified (FCCA) financial knowledge in a wide range of servicing industries, added: “I am delighted to join Iron & Pine to utilise and share my experience and knowledge in supporting the executive team.”
