Lynne Davis, Gail MacGregor, Stephen Thompson and Carolyne Wilson have a virtual meeting scheduled with Alba Medical Group on Monday afternoon.
It was set up following a deluge of complaints about the service at both of the Annandale practices following their takeover by Alba.
Meanwhile, community council chairwoman Jan Andrews says she is still receiving complaints from patients about delayed prescriptions and lack of staff and doctors at the surgery.
She is keen for community councillors to also be included in the meeting.
Alba took over the practices, which have about 9800 patients in total, in April.
Ahead of the transfer, doctors Ali, Lal and Rehman said: “We have extensive experience in running multiple practices and we will utilise our prior experience and learning for the benefit of the Lockerbie and Moffat practices.
“Our aim is to improve the patient journey experience and we plan to have our patients seen by the right person, first time.”
