BORDER greyhound Trick or Treat led from the second bend to win a middle distance trip at Gretna greyhound racing at the weekend.

The two-year-old, owned and trained by Tina Robinson and Basher Carmichael of Greenmill, Longtown achieved a three lengths winning margin.

Next home was Davie Studholm’s Kirkbride dog Star.

Meanwhile, veteran runner Macca Mini returned to form in a sprint race after a lean spell.

The four-year-old dog from David Bowes of Cleator Moor finished 1.25 lengths in front of Rosemary, owned and trained by Dexter Clark of Kirkbride.
