Thousands of festival fans flocked to the region’s largest outdoor muscial extravaganza and were entertained by big name acts such as Lulu, The Sugarhill Gang and the Waterboys.
On Saturday night Example and DJ Wire closed the show before the burning of the iconic Wickerman lit up the sky above the festival site.
Police Scotland were pleased with how the festival went and on Sunday morning worked with the Alcohol and Drug Partnership in a bid to ensure that drivers, who had enjoyed a drink earlier in the weekend, took advantage of a voluntary breath test before heading for home.
They thanked Tesco Extra in Dumfries for the donation of bottled water to ensure that drivers were well hydrated before before taking to the road.
