Four properties within Mill Court were broken into and vandalised inside between Tuesday July 7 and Friday July 10.
Some had water tanks, associated piping and electrical supplies stolen.
Attempts were made to break into three further flats in the building without success, but damage was made to the locks.
Anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious is asked to contact the police on 101 quoting Ref 2319 of July 10.
