Luxury property plan for pond site

WORK has started on an exclusive development of high spec holiday properties between Beattock and Moffat. Planning permission is in place at the 6.91 acre Westwinds site for a large detached home on the pond, as well as five luxury holiday lodges, each with a unique design. Artist’s impressions have been drawn up and show a vision for a range of contemporary properties. An existing house at Westwinds is expected to be demolished and the new builds will be sited close to the water and there will also a pond dock constructed.
