Two sought after border store raid

A TOURIST attraction at Gretna Green was broken into sometime on Tuesday night.

Details of the property stolen in the raid at the 1754 shop at Headless Cross is still being compiled.
Detective Constable Martin Lumsden said: “We want to trace two men who were seen at the premises shortly before 10 pm on Tuesday.
“One of the men is described as stocky build, wearing light jogging bottoms and a dark top with light coloured shoes.
“The other man was also of stocky build and had dark jogging bottoms and a light coloured top on.”
He added: “Anyone who was in the area of Headless Cross last night is asked to call Police Scotland on 101 if they saw or heard anything suspicious or can help identify the two men.”
