Online pet show

MOSSBURN Community Farm is holding an online pet show to raise funds for the charity centre.

And they’re inviting entries from across Dumfriesshire from owners and their loyal companions.

Entries are just £2 each and information on how to enter is available on the Mossburn Community Farm Facebook page.

Entry opens on October 1 and closes on October 10 to allow judging to commence. The vet practice at Mossburn will decide on the champion and reserve champion.

There are 23 classes in total, including cats, dogs, horses and other animals.

While a number of Dumfries and Galloway businesses have sponsored the different categories.

Mossburn Community Farm is near Hightae and is run by a small dedicated team of three staff and an extensive team of volunteers, the farm provides a home to over 100 animals and is open to visitors daily between 10-4 pm.
