MOFFAT-BORN harpist Phamie Gow has begun garnering votes to be included in Classic FM’s 2024 Hall of Fame.
It is the world’s largest poll of classical music tastes and Phamie has submitted several of her compositions for consideration.
Speaking about the 2024 entry, she said: “It is that time of year again for the Classic FM Hall of Fame and your opportunity to vote for my music.
“If you did want to vote you could go for: War Song, London or The Peace Farmer.
“Thank you very much in advance for your amazing support and I very much appreciate you voting this year also. Every vote counts. My intention really is to write music that touches you in one way or another and gives you some sense of peace or allow you imagine beautiful things, people or places.”
Voters are asked to rank their three favourite classical pieces and once all the votes are gathered, the votes will form the Classic FM’s brand- new top 300 compositions.
The closing dates for voting is Friday March 15 at 11.59 pm at https://halloffame.classicfm.com/2024/.
