Patients have been asked to avoid ordering repeat prescriptions via the voice message on the phone and instead have been asked to order their repeat prescriptions using the tick box sheet you get with medication, or with print outs available from the doctors’ reception.
Repeat prescription requests can be posted in the letter boxes located between the two automatic doors at the surgery entrance.
