STAFF at Gretna Hall Hotel are over the moon after it was awarded a four-star rating by the AA.
The hotel is owned by Gretna Green Ltd and is set in ten acres of gardens with historic marriages rooms on site.
The AA ratings are renowned as a trusted benchmark for quality and inspectors look at all areas, from facilities, services, and guest experience, to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, quality of the food and professionalism of the team.
Hotel bosses say the four star accolade is testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire team in providing an exceptional guest experience and the recent investment in refurbishing the rooms and bar area at the hotel.
