Solway Sharks make more jaw-some signings

The Dumfries ice hockey outfit announced that Ruairi Lockerbie will be joining Edinburgh Capitals on a two way deal which means he’ll be part of both squads.

Head coach Martin Grubb said: “We are delighted to be able to work alongside the Edinburgh Capitals again this season to ensure our players continue to develop and get valuable game time.

“Ruairi is the first player who will benefit from this on a two-way between the clubs and this will ensure he gets the best of both worlds by training with us and being part of our squad while still getting to train, play and make an impact with the Caps.

“Player development is important to both clubs and after discussions with Ruairi we are delighted that this all works for him!”

The Sharks also revealed they have signed defender Calum McGill and goalkeeper Curtis Warburton.
