And the group hopes the biking feature will be complete in March next year.
The second phase of the Weyroc park project follows on from the new £500,000 playpark that opened in June last year.
A pump track consists of a looped sequence of rollers and banked turns where cyclists do not need to pedal, instead they can generate speed and momentum using body movements.
A track was installed in Lochside earlier this year and there are also plans for one in Moffat.
The Annan team say it will bring thrills for both adults and children.
APPS secretary Louise Ross said: “The full amount of £110,000 funding has been secured from Holywood Trust, Coastal Communities Fund and Awards for All.
“We are hoping to have installation complete by March 2023.
“The pump track idea came from the original consultation that was done during the Inclusive Play Park when the older children identified that they would like a pump track facility.
“We hope that the facility along with the inclusive play park will be a great asset to the town and allow our children and adults to enjoy free recreational activities in a safe and friendly environment.”
The project is currently out to tender so no initial designs can be shared at this moment in time.
