A WIDE range of free activities will be put on in Dumfries and Galloway over the summer holidays for children and young people.
They will run from Monday 3 July to Sunday 20 August, and are specifically aimed at 5 to 16 year olds.
There are activities for all ages, and all interests including sports sessions, arts sessions, free leisure facility access, summer camps, workshops on different topics, day trips and creative and performing arts sessions and much more.
Highlights include a rave at Moffat, lots of football sessions everywhere, yoga and milkshake making in Dumfries, space sessions at Kirkcudbright Planetarium, a festival night at Oasis Dumfries, pony driving near Lockerbie, creativity at Shambellie, Dungeons and Dragons in rural Stewartry, music nights in Castle Douglas and Dalbeattie, art in Stranraer, mocktail masterclasses in Eastriggs, theatre workshops in Dumfries and a DJ night in Langholm.
