ON call firefighters from around the region developed their skills at a training event in Dumfries last week.
The crew members from Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie Drummore, Annan, Gretna, Sanquhar and Whithorn took part in an road traffic collision operators course where they acquired skills and practised complex rescue scenarios
