Trio of new faces at Raydale

A HATTRICK of new signings have been brought in to strengthen Gretna FC 2008 as they prepare for the new season.

Manager Stuart Rome has snapped up midfielder Dean Smith, from Queen of the South for whom he made six appearances last season; attacking winger Dean Douglas has joined from Celtic Nation. He has also had spells with Bishop Auckland, Bedlington Terriers and Penrith; and goalkeeper Vinnie Parker has been signed from Threave Rovers for his second spell at Raydale having played for the Mileson side between 2001-2004.
There are a number of other new signings and players returning who will be featured over the next couple of weeks.
Fans will be able to view the new squad in a free home friendly on Saturday against Fleet Star. Kick off 3 pm.
