The 31-year-old woman, from Dumfries, who cannot be named for legal reasons, failed to appear at a calling of her case in the court yesterday.
She was also accused of failing to keep the house clean and tidy and failing to provide the children with clean clothing, bedding and food last October.
Warrant issued for neglect charge mum
A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a mother of four accused of exposing her children in a manner likely to cause them suffering or injury to health by leaving around a variety of medication and sharp instruments including knives and an uncapped syringe.
